Try LTL extraboard. Most guys at my place are doing it. 5 out 2 home. Sleep in hotels all week.

 

Those sign ons sound great though! When I applied with them my recruiter suddenly stopped responding after everything in my background check came back ok lol

You may as well drive for them directly. Easy job good money however medical insurance has high deductible.
If you meet and talk to several WM drivers you will notice they all have a similar demeanor, way of conducting themselves. That’s what they are looking for generally speaking. If you are not like that you may not be a match.
