    The 12 speed is not bad. We leave it in 11 for better pull on hills though. We have the X15 also I'm liking it.

    We just got another cost of living raise. Its 10 dollars more per run each. It was 384 each per day. Now its 394 each per day. That's 1970 each per week. Our stop pay went up 1.50 as well.

    Heyyyyyy y’all I hope everything is rolling right with R&L. I’m running Fedex doubles and going to be training my wife in a couple weeks. 18 years under my belt so far. Anything I should know about R&L before applying?

    They dont have a policy. Keep a clean truck and they don't care. We clean up after our dogs constantly.

    No. But they have forward cameras now. The driver facing part is covered.
