I had Beef Brisket cooked in Bone Broth....45 minutes, fork tender, no knife needed.
Big size brats made at a deli somewhere.... 5 minutes

 

Good job out of you Grasshopper...It is fairly easy to eat healthy and save a ton of money in the truck!

 

34 in Whacko will be over at 05:50...then grab my load and head down to Hammond, 2 deliveries and a pick up Monday and off to AZ. Haven't run I 10 all the way across Texas in a long time.

 

Yeah definitely. I really need to keep this habit. The less fast food the better since that's basically all I've lived off of the last two years. and hopefully I'll see some weight loss from it
