Retirement means I pay my on salary

 

Most public works employees work 30 years and contribute $10k a year toward retirement. That is only $300,000 bucks but they receive often times over $1 million by the time they die. This is overstressing the system.

 

But they have a 401k or something similar. Our retirement was withheld from our checks. A set amount.

 

Yes mine too. Regular pension defined benefit contribution per every hour I worked plus $4 bucks and hour to an annuity fund with the option to jack it up to $7 bucks an hour. Still, our pension is underfunded and in the red zone. I can take an early reduced pension at 55 or wait til 62 for the full amount.

You should admit that you were changing the song, but clarify in court that you were changing the song on the radio affixed to the dash. Under cross-examination, the officer will admit that you stated, you were changing a song. You could probably undermine his testimony enough regarding the cell phone issue, if he did not state in his report, "driver admits to changing song ON CELL PHONE." Misunderstanding, and an issue for expensive litigation . You need a lawyer , this cop probably won't show up

So did you get fired from your company? Since it got amended down was it any points on your license?

Can the veterans here say how OP getting it amended down to improper parking violation will affect his future employment?
