I was diagnosed as well, and I wish I had a brother/sisterhood of some kind. Where other people wouldn’t be so weirded out if I talked about things I’ve seen or been through.
I agree with a Chinatown, you are probably a stronger person, with more emotional grit. In the long run, it’s got to be more of a strength than a weakness.

All make believe nonsense? My father is a Vietnam vet as well suffering from ptsd and Alzheimer’s from exposure to the chemical defoliants they sprayed around the base and the area he was in. If you think people come home from these screwed up, awful wars and not suffer from what they have seen then I suggest you need to do a bit of research before spewing ignorant crap that it’s “make believe nonsense”. There’s nothing more horrifying than watching a loved one slowly being destroyed inside by either condition.REO6205 and Intothesunset Thank this.

Well it is real.

I was using sarcasm in previous posts. I also believe not having a perfect life causes PTSD type symptoms. As well as count down timers for your work day that if not following protocol felonious charges can put you behind bars.
