Only hang up I have is I leave the northeast and want to return to the northeast, shouldn't be that hard to do. Most of the hero's out here are afraid to go there from the conversations I hear. And as far as the dead heading issue, believe me I do enough of that

More states then CA can inspect the trucks. The bigger question is why put urself a more of a risk? When you start removing parts from a truck thats when u bring more attention to ur truck.roshea Thanks this. -
I am probably giving up one of my bread and butter customers because they just decided they want all loads fully tarped as of yesterday, and no increase in pay. The nature of the load makes it a real tarp shredder. I don't want to spend two hours padding dozens of sharp corners and protrusions on a load that will still have 90% of the tarp unsupported and getting whipped around, which tears off D-rings and causes tears after enough miles. That's just my choice, and I'm sure others that will take these loads will not be too happy when they find out what the load looks like. Some may just refuse to tarp and not worry about it since they won't worry about coming back again anyway.
