    There’s more to it than just that. Seems some of the drivers have issues obeying traffic devices (stop signs,traffic signals,etc.),not just vehicle maintenance issues(some of those which the company is also responsible for-you can’t just pin it on drivers not doing pre-trips).
    EVERY violation the company has committed is documented and on public record!o_O
