Yes it really is bad, he had worked his way up to driver and this happened. Two young children at home he was working to provide for. The only good news from the entire story is the thugs responsible for it all will never rob anyone else.

 

Just to stay on topic, I ended up with someone's truck today. All pictures were taken from the driver seat.

Special notice: that boom box looking thing in the passenger seat is actually a phone charger/speaker/radio/cb/xm radio transmitter. I was half tempted to throw it out of my truck but I was scared that the person that found it would evacuate five city blocks cause this thing clearly looks like something EOD would train on.

 

@road_runner that truck is very filthy hope its not a city P&D tractor.

Gotta be a P&D truck, can't say I'd ever met a linehaul driver with a hard hat in the cab.

Fitting that HIS hard hat has a "white trash" sticker on it.
