Simply put, this:
Section 1:
legal weed or not per state matters zero, because state law won’t trump federal law and until it’s removed from the federal scheduled drug classification database, it’s still illegal on a federal level whether they go after people or not to enforce the law.......
F in FMCSA stands for FEDERAL, so there you go, nothing else to explain.
Company’s are required to abide by the bylaws put forth from the DOT, which abides by the governing regulatory body, the FMCSA
If unsure, go back to section 1 and read again lol

The government works harder to combat drugs than any other issue in the country. Jesus. I dont really see what difference it makes. If carriers are required to use only one test, many will still use only urine because its cheaper.

Hahahhahahahahahahahahaha!!!! That's country as hell lolx1Heavy Thanks this.

i am from the south lol. Well, “south” in this example is highly subjective, because Florida technically could qualify as a separate country, with a very unique tribe not found anywhere else in the continental United States, where the average IQ ranks slightly above lettuce, I will let you decide LOLghostcookie Thanks this.

Now even less people will want to get into trucking. Theyre gonna have a real problem on their hands. Why dont they drug test the idiots on welfare too?
-
well the less of them there are then the more we are worth. bring on the hair testing, urine testing, hell id love to see em put a breathalyzer in every #### cmv out there. that would also thin the herd.Ridlingdj, Tb0n3 and Fredterbert6666 Thank this.

I dont have a problem with the breathalyzer as long as it wasn't something that I have to do all day that would get old but to start the truck I am fine with that

I don’t know about that, when I pulled for Schneider bulk division, back 5 years or so ago, they did hair tests right there on site in Houston, failed, you were gone first day, no hair, they wouldn’t hire you, tell you to grow some then come back.
One lady, yes a black lady if it makes any difference, told them she could not grow hair anywhere due to treatment from cancer, they used cut some of fingernail.
