mercer transportation

Has anyone gotten there 1099 from Mercer yet? Trying to see if i gotta call and get them to resend it as we just moved to the other side of town lol

The gray area is that it is guidance only, not specifically written into regulation.

 

Thanks guess ill have to get with mercer and see if they will forward it to my new address.

 

Wonder when Mercer will get these devices. Shows how close u are to the car in front and beeps.

 

Not on my truck. The first truck I had that I got from Schneider had the device on the front bumper but it was a real pain. It would slam on the brakes because it picked up a sign or a bridge. It also affected the cruise control. I've been doing this job a long time without baby sitting devises. Not going to start using them now.

 

these don't hit brakes or anything like that. Its an an audio and visual alert thing. It will beep if u cross the lines without a signal on or speeding, following to close.

 

Your company requires those?

 

Yeah something new I kinda like it keeps u on ur toes. It doesn't log it to anyone or send video feeds so not a huge deal for me

 

Isn't that a DOT violation having it on the windshield like that?
