MD Alignment can get it corrected. They don't go by spec's they alignmen the truck so it drive down the road and the tire wear good.

They say the guy in Kansas City is really good. They say factory spec is not good enough.

All i can say is from my experience. Couple years ago i had a new steer axle put in my trk. The garage did a total axle alignment. Drive axles included. Think the name of the alignment machine is "hunter". For whatever thats worth. Alot depends on the people aligning the trk. My deal turned out good. How even are your steer tires? If shoulders are worn, or do they have high miles? Even if you have just one of your steer tires with half tread lower than the other half(on same tire) that can cause extra effort to drive it. Truck may pull to one side. If tires are new, may want to try a different place for alignment. If you do run it for awhile , keep an eye on tires for feathering. Run you hand across tread and see if you feel uneven, or sort of an edge across the tread. Sorry about long answer, just my two cents.

You may need to ck king/pin wear on it by jacking ft end up and putting a bar in holes in wheel then see if any play is in bearing and king/pins?

Your caster is fine, and toe in is good. Don't know about the camber. But that's not adjustable.

It may be a new axle..just to him. You would think alignment folks would check king pin wear..but who knows may be hack shop?

I’ll vouch for Chad in KC also. He doesn’t turn a wrench till he identifies the problem - then you go away and fix it, and return for an alignment.
