$17... Walmart. Pilot brand or something like that.

It has outlasted every camera I've had in here, including the ridiculously expensive GoPro's.

So when you wreck and are smashed between the dash and the back wall you won’t have to reach around with your severed arm and hit “save”

First responders are trained to save your dash camera before applying a tourniquet to stop any bleeding.

I've heard a lot of good about BlackVue. These cameras are designed and manufactured by Pittasoft which is headquartered in Seoul, South Korea.

    Meh...

...I got one of those for Christmas a couple years ago. Video quality was poor, not high def by any stretch of the imagination.

Then I REALLY wanted to save a clip, when I was the victim of night time bambicide. It recorded video and audio perfect, right up to two seconds before impact and two seconds after impact. Black screen, BUT I have perfect audio the whole time.

    WTF????

(That's a quote from the audio)

I now use the dash cam that was part of a package with my Rand McNally GPS. Great video quality. Does what I need. Not sure if it is WiFi capable, I use the card in my computer slot.

I figure it's better than nothing, which is what $900 worth of GoPro's got me after 6 months when the last one died. One didn't even make two months. I've looked at the video from this one on my computer, it's only 720p but it'll at least show what happened if the SHTF.

I'm not paying high dollar for any more cameras.

As an alternative you can use your smart phone and stream your driving to youtube or twitch. All the footage goes up to the cloud which you can access and download. No SD cards to fill up, it is stored online at a server.
