⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5)
I had one of the worst experiences of my trucking career with Robertson Trucks LLC. I was instructed to travel to a specific location to pick up a truck and was clearly told that the key would be on the truck. When I arrived, there was no key.
I was then left waiting for six (6) hours in 30-degree freezing weather, without being provided any safe or warm place to wait. Throughout this entire time, I was repeatedly told that “someone is bringing the key,” but no one ever showed up.
This situation shows a serious lack of professionalism, organization, and concern for driver safety. Leaving a driver stranded in freezing temperatures based on false information is completely unacceptable.
If this is how Robertson Trucks LLC treats drivers before work even begins, it raises serious concerns about how they operate overall. I strongly advise drivers to think twice before dealing with this company.

Are their 2 lug nuts sheered off of the steer tire?
Judging a book by it's cover yes easy to do, i'm sure the rancid odor on the inside you would not have made it far anyways. -
Safety Measurement System - Complete SMS Profile (U.S. DOT# 3666726)
Not the worst. but shows a lack of procedures in place to keep things legal. Too many driving without medical card and driver unsuitability. I suspect they'll hire whoever will tolerate their shenanigans. Over 400 trucks, they ain't that little, but still poorly managed. Unfortunately, they aren't the only ones.Lonesome Thanks this. -
Should have told your ride "wait a second, gotta see if I can find the key"....

Sounds like this was a one person problem, not "company" problem. I.E. I rented a car from Enterprize, the windshield was dirty when I picked it up. I figure it was one person's failure not Enterprise's.

Safety rating is definitely above the threshold.
Driver beware.Lonesome Thanks this. -
OP think of the poor sucker who drove 6 hours and 8 minutes to bring you those keys, only to find out no one was there.

Most of their drivers were riding a camel in Africa 2 weeks ago… they can’t use cruise control, and don’t give 2 fuqs about anybody else at fuel islands….seen plenty of their trucks on the highways, every time I see one I get disgustedGetsinyourblood, omaharj and Lonesome Thank this.
