my flatbed has container locks but I can see them when in use through the holes.. never seen aluminum locks, also Ive never seen locks were the winches are.
Im may be wrong, wouldn’t be the first time. -
I couldn’t tell but some flats have the container pin locks in the floor.Some port will not even load on a flatbed without them.D.Tibbitt Thanks this.

Tri-state usually has their stuff together, I wouldnt be surprised if there was container locks on that location of that trailer. They do have some specialty trailers.

Yep, the one in the back is for a 40’ container lock.
I’ve loaded a bunch when I worked hauling 20’ isotanks
plus I’ve seen a lot of idiots chaining and strapping them all over the place, walkways, hand support rails(very few have on iso tanks)
the loader I used to run, nicer than it was, no heat/ac
