Cascadia 2015 Check engine light

I have a 2015 cascadia
Every time I go up the hills my amber light and the check engine light comes on. And then I have to park and do the regen for the check engine light to go. The codes I get is for poor def quality and emissions system problem, I got my filters cleaned a few months ago and drove less than 100k since I got em cleaned. Can anyone pls help me understand why is it happening? Also I’ve changed the nox sensors too
