I need to change the mirror on my cascadia but am told I have to take off the door trim to get at the electrical connector first.
Does anyone know how to get it off without breaking something?

First, start the truck and head toward indiana i65. Then proceed to head south and it will usually come off by mile marker 184.

But to answer ur question...I haven't personally took a cascadia door off, but a car door trim I have done a few times, theres those hidden screw plug I forgot what they are call, pop it out, n unscrew it. Now the panel itself just pop out and it's held on with clips. Slowly start prying them but before going all hulk, look inside to make sure you got all the screws. Did this with a century cause my lock broke and I had to rig it with zip ties to make it work...but should be the same
