    Hello everyone
I need your advice or help. Working on a pickup truck with a trailer for three cars, I received many violations that damaged my driving record. Also, when I contacted one company after a couple of months, they gave me two claims. And I had a couple of accidents that were my fault. In general, now the state of my driving record is, to put it mildly, terrible, not to mention the prices for insurance. Now the opportunity has arisen to study for CDL, I passed the permit, but I can’t study it because I need to fill out an sr22 insurance form due to accidents and have to pay it until May 5, 2025. At one time I didn’t give a #### and didn’t take all violations seriously and this led to tragic consequences for me. The question is: how can I remove entries from my driving record, roughly speaking, clear them? I had a Florida, Washington and now New York license. good work and rest everyone.

Time... Lots of time. That about the only sure way to clean a record somewhere between 3 and 10 years depending on the severity of violations/citations.

Your post indicates that you are not suited toward trucking.
I myself am not suited toward trucking but I figured out early on that a clean driving record is a ticket to having employment.

Why were you not cited for running a rig that required a CDL A license?

Umm, buddy i hate to say it but methinks a better fit for you would be any job NOT driving a vehicle....with that kinda record im not sure even @Chinatown could get your foot into a company until they fall off your license entirely.

Wait until your bad marks drop off your record. I don't know of shortcuts for this. It's like asking, "now that I have overeaten for 30 years and my weight is 480 lbs, how can I jog 6 miles in one hour? Is there some supplement I can take or special shoes that will let me pass the test?"

Wow, living in Florida where the insurance rates are as bad as Cali……. You don’t have much choice. Park it. You’re not suited to drive commercially with a record like that.

Exept that one company that took DUI/DWI after TEN years; every other insurance company I worked with was 3 years and DUI/DWI was 5 years.

Anything older did not count unless there were numerous acidents which wasn't going to fly anyway.
