    POV.....personal vehicle? If it was her personal vehicle and she was rear ended, it will just be on her MVR, most likely not at fault unless she did a sudden stop or other bad maneuver.

    Sorry for not getting back here until now, I originally posted prior to my shift last night...and thanks for the info, I just wanted to confirm what I already suspected. Yes, she was in her own vehicle on the way home. Low speed impact on a clogged freeway, apparently the other party was distracted. As I had hoped, I also checked with my manager this morning when I had finished my run for the night. He said basically the same thing: that essentially your score is based on roadside inspections and any incidents you may have while in a commercial vehicle.
