it is statistically impossible to fail a urine test after 5 months clean.
Even the 90 day/3 month rumor was based on a test in the 80's that didn't correct for usage during the experiment duration.
With marijuana for example, even if you are 200lbs overweight it is highly unlikely that you would test positive past 21 days.
My guess? You attempted the take a quick cleanse or use a masking agent, which DOT can see by measuring creatine and specific gravity.

Half life is approximately 48hrs, it's scientifically impossible to still be 15ng/ml after being clean that long. You had to have smoked or consumed something within 30days of taking the test, and at that level most likely within the past 15days.

 

Do you have your chain of custody form from the drug test?(paperwork they gave you and you signed)

If you have any illegal drugs even though it's legal in your state, under Federal Law its NOT LEGAL what you are fixing to do trying to get a 18 wheeler. Get out of it. Wait 6 months or more to grow clean hair and so on.
