I bought a turbo from this business. Mine came from Bakersfield CA location. Once it was installed turned out vgt actuator was DOA. Called them up and was told they'd refund me for the actuator. I drove from Spokane WA to Portland and halfway there turbo went out.
I barely made it to deliver empty trailer to Amazon and went to local shop in Portland where they put on oem turbo from Cummins
DTIS scammers didn't want to refund my $3500 for turbo that didn't even make it to Portland ,360 miles
I'm glad I've used PayPal and got refunded through PayPal otherwise I'd be ####ed out of $3500
This is fair warning to anyone NOT TO do any business with these fools. They won't stand behind their 1 year warranty.

You were lucky twice as PayPal once had a policy of automatically denying disputed charges.

Had to go to my bank to get the charge reversed. PayPal locked me out until they were paid back.
It's not my fault I was charged when I did everything they told me to do in the first place. With no help from them or the vendor.
20 years later it took a complaint to the California attorney General to get them straightened out. 6 years later I still don't and won't use their service. Just don't have a need for them.Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this.
