State Trooper Rear-Ended After Pulling In Front Of Semi Truck That ‘Refused To Stop’

A truck driver was arrested after rear-ending a State Trooper’s vehicle in Tulsa, Oklahoma, yesterday afternoon.

The truck driver, 36-year-old Sarabjit Singh of Bakersfield, California, was reportedly traveling at 80 m.p.h. on westbound Interstate 44, near Highway 75.

According to KJRH, when the officer tried to pull him over for speeding, Singh refused to stop.

The State Trooper says his lights and sirens were both on as he attempted to stop the big rig.

After the driver failed to respond, the officer pulled in front of Singh’s truck to get his attention, reports say. That’s when the semi truck slammed into the back of the trooper’s vehicle.

Singh was arrested and taken to Tulsa County Jail. There were no injuries reported.

 

The officers name was Luke and he used the force.

He was probably stopping when he hit the cruiser from the position of his truck. Trooper may have stopped short in front of him and he couldnt stop?

 

people like these are ruining the industry. I say people not drivers cause he doesn't even deserve to be call a driver. Idk how he got his cdl but clearly he doesn't understand that flashing red and blues means pull over, or just dont care.

 

Yea he was pulling off on the shoulder. Someone whos running from the law is not going to pull off on the shoulder. Of course, it is his fault he hit the cruiser, he should have been further back from him.
