    Hey I have a western star 2007 4900 just got 2 new sleeper air bags but when I took the old one out it looks nothing like it wondering if they change the style and you have to replace both which is fine because I got two new ones… they mount up the same but the old ones are wide and new are slim any input greatly appreciate

    New cab airbags look long and skinny, until they are aired up and the weight distributes out to shorter and fat

    If you bought from dealer then most likely correct. Install and air up and they will look like old ones. Would suggest you change cab shocks as well. Be sure to put anti seize on bolts. They generally only last a year.
