Sounds like the type of drink you try once when half lit and wake up with a headache from hell wondering what happened 12 hours later.

Thinking about growing up in the 1960’s and early 70’s, we could never have imagined anyone paying money for water.
But then again, we also didn’t have plastic bottles and plastic bags etc all over the place either.clausland, Val_Caldera, Shackdaddy and 4 others Thank this. -
It’s water.
I’m reminded of Robin Williams bit: “When I want to blow a buck on a bottle of water, I drink Perrier!”Val_Caldera Thanks this. -
The water I sometimes buy is ICE!
Then I pour rum all over it!Roger McG, Geekonthestreet, Midwest Trucker and 6 others Thank this. -
They market it to people who don't want to drink soda/energy drinks/whatever but don't want other random people knowing they're just drinking water.
Think high schoolers/college age kids hanging out at a keeper but don't want to drink and don't want to keep answering "why are you drinking water?" From more than 5 feet it looks like a "real" drink and avoids a lot of peer pressure.Shackdaddy Thanks this. -
... atleast they are honest ...Shackdaddy Thanks this.

I agree, but I also remember the water from the garden hose in the late 80s through the 90s tasting better than what comes from the faucet today. We use a pitcher with purifier at home, and I drink Sam's Club water on the road.N00bLaLoosh and Shackdaddy Thank this.
