You're welcome; I remember you saying that but saw you mention you wanted good money and Raven has good money for a company driver gig. Saved a lot of money there ( posted my weekly checks for awhile in the thread I started)
Also by the way; if you do decide to get on with them you can choose your own route. As long as you get there you will not be bothered. No micromanging going on. It's the company driver equivalent of being a owner op without the truck payments and repair bills.
I mention routes because while I was there I had my on GPS system. At the time the navigation system wasn't up and running. (Had a older version of the qualcomm). You may be old school paper maps but I wanted to add it in. -
-So you know- With Raven your driver code is an arrangement of your first and last name no numbers involved and they are small enough to remember a face.
Want you to have all the info you need and go in with eyes open wide because it's a important decision. They aren't perfect but scores better than what you don't want to be a part of. -
I'll keep them in mind, may use them or Big G as my back up plan. Really looking to run alot of SE, SW, and western. I dont mind mid west and eastern however I really miss those long runs on them open western highways, definitely not worried about being close to home.

Good luck!! Hope you find what you are looking for where ever you decide to go!

Hey no problem....
Good luck, I mean that.
You might try looking at these sites.
They list small medium and large companies that are in your area. With Quick transport they list down to your home town. Just select your state and city and viola, you have list of every registered commercial truck.

So far on my short list I crossed off freymiller, still looking into Big G Express, Southeast Carriers, and now Abiline Motor Express is now on my short list after reading on the forums here

I work for holland and we have a choice of weekly or bi-weekly paychecks.
J&R Schugel and HO wolding are two more companies you should consider. -
That is the first I am hearing of that...
so whats the difference between holland and great plains? -
Pretty much just the paychecks, TVs in holland's rides and different colored trucks lol. I'm happy with holland and the gp guys seems to like it over there as well. You can make a good living at either company.
