First off always run on continuous never start/stop on berries that goes for most produce also too big of swing on temps u want steady air and temps. My unit is rarely on start/stop maybe once every six months. I do probe mostly use infrared thermometer easier real nice when getting chopped or diced stuff. I do a lot of mixed Ltl produce. Try to keep stuff away from walls to prevent heat sinking and never put berries on last spot on trailer if you can help it. Haven't had a claim yet knock on wood. And don't worry them brokers know when u are on a dock or not it's all them cameras they get footage from the shippers know if you are doing your job or sleeping in truck.

I've seen them blow banana loads and always wondered why.

I never seal a load, if I can help it, But if a shipper insist on sealing it, wont let me leave until sealed, DO NOT TAKE THE SEAL OFF!, I have seen to many loads refused for missing seals, your just asking for trouble by removing the seal
