Schneider Good Gig

I drive for SNI, though I've never done home run. I have, however, spoken to several HR drivers in my 2 1/2 years here. Here is what I have heard:

1. There tends to be drivers that bail out of the HR program, leaving the others in a lurch.

2. You don't know who you're going to be sharing a truck with (a real problem with me personally).

3. Several others have like the program and have good things to say about it.

I know it's not much help, but maybe some things to consider. Good luck!

You definitely share a truck with others. Someone uses the truck while yur at home. Then he gets hometime and you roll. Good plan if you find someone who is clean and treats the truck well. I slip seat in a local outfit and hate it when they give me a truck with food,ashes, and whatever else is in there.

 

Any Schnider Drivers in NYC wanna team up with an X-USA driver for homerun? LOL.

When I 1st discovered this board there were a lot of negatives about running with the pumpkin. But so many companies have decided the way (for them) out of this recession is to beat the snot out of the drivers that maybe I'll give Schnider another look.

Anyone know if they have NY-NJ-CT operations?

how do u stay cool in a pumkin in the summer time not being able to idle?

 

That is the only thing that keeps me from puttin the pumkin at the top of my possible employers
