Sleeper berths

    1- It Is Illegal to sleep on top bunk while the truck is on motion, 2- It Is Unsafe to Sleep on Top bunk while truck is moving. ...let me know what you guys think ?

    not a good idea, safety belt, and/or safety net included.

    you do not wanna be crushed to death if your co driver rolls it over.

    Not everything is ruled by regulation. The company can require or prohibit things not covered by regs. Also, you are allowed to value your own safety.

    That makes a new definition for convertible top.

    To the OP...
    It isn't illegal with the proper restraints, but it can be both unsafe and unsettling to the person up there.

    Not illegal BUT I'd never do it...

    BTW c r England has 3 bunk truck...!!
    2 upper bunks... 1in back and 1 over the front seats...

    You can have a great driver but how many times has even that guy had to dodge another truck near him because “ that guy can’t drive? “

    You can do everything right but sooo many out here have no clue like that guy running cruise in a snowstorm. Wait til he gets loose passing
