The mechanic should have caught this easily with live under load monitoring, as t in t said the wiring harness causes his issue, and this should have been suspect right from the start, a live under load monitoring would tell this fast.

Thank you guys so much, I will relay this information to him or the next mechanic if this guy's unable or unwilling to find the issue. Sounds to me like all he wants to do is change parts atm, I seem to be getting lucky getting these types of mechanics :(

If all these mechanics have looked over mechanical,
I’m thinking a sensor, have you checked camshaft sensor?

    You’ve eliminated drive line.

I could try changing that sensor for sure, wouldn't it trow a code or a check engine light though at least once?

Is it a Volvo engine??? If the above advise doesnt help and it is a Volvo engine you may want to check the cam and/or rockers

Yes, it's a D13 engine. I'll let the mechanic know to look into that as well. Would that cause the symptoms I've described? And no check engine light or codes?

D13 are known for wearing out cams... And I have heard of bad cams causing low boost, nit sure about the vibrations though

Maybe it has to due with the pedal assembly being changed, since it wasn't there before and now it is. Just a thought.

Interesting, I'll have him check it out. At this point I'm not ruling anything out. Thank you, I appreciate it.
