Is it iced up? Does it say defrost started when pushed? Kinda Sounds like either the 3 way valve or the generator is on its way out and it’s not supplying itself enough power but it’s kind of hard to follow
could just be hot product, I would get it off loaded and see if it will pull the box back to -10 before reloading -
Yes it’s doing defrost when i push the button and some of parts in the unit getting defrosted but the problem is It does not start defrosting unless I press the button and there is no water coming out from the drain hoses while doing defrosting. So the unit still running on high rpm.

Shut if off for an 1/2-1 hour, not going to hurt to be off that long, and if it's draining water defrost is bad.
-
Ok will do right now and let you know if its draining when its off. And do you think it’s running on high rpm since 3 days because of not doing defrosting properly?
-
Is it iced up? Where are you? There might not be anything to defrost
there’s a check valve off the receiver/dryer that I’ve had go bad too
when does the load deliver? -
I saw that some of parts inside the unit was iced up when i open the unit and i push the defrost button it got defrosted the parts. But no any water coming from the drain hoses and running on high rpm since friday. The product is frozen fries. I turned off the unit 15min ago and waiting to see if draining water. I am in chicago right now and will deliver it tomorrow morning.

If no water comes out you're not froze up and you have some other problem.
-
It's been 50 min since I turned off the unit and there is still no water. I guess i have to turn it on now back again.what kind of problem i have?this unit is 2015 and only have 6k hours on it.
