    Lots of sites I get sent to I have to back in off the road to get the bin where it needs to go. Pull over, wait for a gap, block the road diagonally with the roll off, lay on the horn and back in.....

    Just wait for a gap and go for it. Had to do it many times in Chicago even downtown when I deliver food. Forget the cars people were still walking behind me while I was backing!

    Wait for a gap, swing wide and set up. Start backing slowly....really slow you want to do this only once. Then tada you're in, now just smile and wave at the 4 wheelers while they rolled down their window giving you the bird because you wasted 15 seconds of their precise lives

    Also, the only OSHA approved method of stopping traffic is an 18" stop/slow sign on tall post (I forget how tall it must be). Flags mean nothing...
