Where can I go?

FedEx contractors might be a decent option. I've never done teams, but I would think anything in the LTL space would pay pretty well and keep you rolling. Sitting in a dock for hours as a team sounds terrible. R&L, Old Dominion, etc. Saw you were located in Georgia... Kennesaw runs teams, which would be convenient for your location. Probably decent home time being less than an hour from their terminal

Even in today's market, I would think teams would at least get 70cpm split, if not even higher.

Staying out of a pool of fire is payment enough for me!

 

Check out a local Old Dominion terminal and see if they're hiring teams. We pay .90cpm.

 

For awhile you could walk into any OD hub and they would put you right into a team truck. Now, even those slots are few and far between.

 

It depends on which terminal you're looking at

 

For teams? I'd look to WLA, Cooke Transportation, Hardy Brothers, all of those are team companies that go coast to coast. I'd call Hobby Lobby too.
