OD is pretty generous with their holiday pay,

6 public holidays paid at 9 hours @ $33.50/hr - they want you to work the day before or after to qualify, but don't generally enforce it. (Total $1809)

They added your birthday at the same rate.

    We're on 3 weeks / 5 days a week @ 9hrs times $33.50 for vacation pay now - yu get 3 weeks after 5 years. (Total $4522.50)

I was home had a blast. I own a home and a rental, so when I'm home I get to break out my hand tools and Silverado 4x and work them til the shine comes back. One thing about the holiday season, it lays in with winter weather. I have bills and I have responsibilities, so I need miles. The bills don't seem to go on holiday, am I the only one who noticed? Pattyj is pretty good about working, it seems, I'm about like that. I get there eventually, with a few bucks in my pocket. Happy Holidays, Drivers.
