6ft10k predator on spot mirror?

you think a 6ft antenna would be under 13'6 on a spot mirror in a cascadia? right now it's on my driver mirror with a mirror mount. i have a spot mirror mount i use for my xm antenna but thinkin of switchin it to make my cb antenna more higher. think ill get better performance if it was higher? also i have high rf reading when my xm radio is on. actually if any usb power is turn on my rf jumps up. any way to cure it? thx drivers
