Ok so I have found out the hard way that too many tickets on your motor vehicle record will screw you up and most companies will not touch you. Just an FYI. Have a great day and be safe.

In other news today, a just released study claims that bears do, in fact, ###### in the woods.

    Mmmmmm...... donuts.

    In all seriousness......

    EVERYTHING..........

Everything you do in life.. negative or positive... will have some form of bearing on other parts of your life.

Like when mom and dad said stay in school and get an education.....
    Dont do drugs....
    Use a rubber....

Wish I knew then what I know now.

    Quick Question

I'm Looking at My MVR right now..
There is 2 tickets I got and the OFFENSE DATE is November 1, 2011
But the CONVICTION DATE is December 15, 2011 which indicates the date I paid the Tickets
Does the tickets fall off and no longer count against me on November 1st 2014 which is 3 years from the date of the offense
OR Does it really fall off really on December 15,2014 which is 3years from the conviction date indicating the day I paid the ticket

Not Quite Sure.. Somebody get me correcct

Unless you entered a plea, the date you paid them you accepted guilt. Thus December 15th will likely be your 3rd anniversary. Congrats on your No Naughtyness since!

    nizzy100 and lcfd15 Thank this.

What state "drops" stuff off of your driving record??? I know that the points will drop off with time, but never herd of the actual charges or tickets falling off.

True, however your insurance and work are only allowed to see 3yrs without permission. <--- I believe that is true, but maybe 5yrs. Hopefully someone with knoweldge of that can explain better.

ah okay, makes sense. So this would be the main reason why the companies normally ask for the past 3 years of incidents.

They no longer show up on your mvr 3 years of guilty date so December 15th. That is atleast how alabama does it.
