Any clue on how to fix this? Not losing power, and or turbo boost. It resets and comes on after about 10 miles.....

Probably a sensor, stuff I am seeing says it relates to a no response code. Probably a shorting sensor. What year is it?

2004 Detroit 12.7....

Based on that FL post from actsradio, Gonna stand by what I said. Sensor shorting, you may wanna have that looked at in the near future. and no, it's buried within your EGR. Not an easy reach.

I've already played the chase the egr problem game, and replaced everything, and fixed it...and it's been bout 5 years, no problem. This time it's just the light coming on, no power loss...just getting ready to head out on the road and wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue.....Houston freightliner has been no help, they said if it ain't losing power keep running....
-
They will. Try it, sensor will eventually just go bad. If it's staying under power, (Sorry, didn't catch that before) I would truck it through.
-
Wonder if I should just put this in... http://diesel-power-solutions.mysho...iesel-series-60-egr-delete-performance-module

That might work. Best of luck Driver.

Sometimes EGR flap goes stuck, sometimes VNT, sometimes proportional valve
