Good someone needs to take those parasites down a few pegs. California can go spin on a unlubed oil drill for all i care in their own hellhole of a state. The more hostile they make the state the businesses will leave. But when they try to reach into our (small business owners and unaffiliated business) cookie jars when we dont even operate within that state. They deserve to lose said hand.
I just hope this doesnt backfire and the judge doesnt get bought off and side WITH carb.W923, Vampire, RockinChair and 9 others Thank this. -
Would love to see a change. But it’s not happening. DemoCracks will pay them off.

Before this gets partisan, let's take a moment to remember that it was Ronald Reagan who championed CARB in the first place.
That said - if businesses don't want to comply, they don't have to. Just don't do business with California.skallagrime, tarmadilo, Tb0n3 and 1 other person Thank this. -
From lawsuit
“To underscore non-California businesses across the nation now subject to CARB’s new powers, the lawsuit cited Triple H Family Farms, a Missouri cattle operation run by third-generation farmer Garrett Hawkins, his father and brother. Although the farm doesn’t operate in California or sell directly to businesses there, Hawkins’ cattle are in the supply chain of California grocery stores that are forced to report on emissions that would include the Hawkins farm.”MACK E-6, Sons Hero, Savor the Flavor and 4 others Thank this. -
