I think they only put the events through that they see were the drivers fault.

My FM messaged me yesterday saying that they have a reload picking up 16 miles from my delivery going back to GA. No details on where or what, or when it delivers but he did say I have a 7-15:00 window for pick up today. I was kinda hoping for a blanket load to Arlington or a transfer load to Wichita/Park City to get an extra 12-1300 miles in before the end of the month, but, I will be content with what I ended up with and a run to GA will give me a good start on next month's miles.

Looking forward to it. Think we can convince them the wings are 10’ wide? “The load is not oversize, the trailer is just really small”

No good deed goes unpunished. I bust my ### for this company and what do I get for my troubles? A totally ####ed up load. What was supposed to be a 1 pick, 1 drop load from Cali to GA turned into a 3 pickup, 3 delivery load. And all were supposed to be picked up today in SoCal. I am at pickup stop 2, sitting for the last 2 + hours and my 14 is down to 1.25...told them from the start I can't get these picked up today, but they insisted. Told my dispatcher that when my logs go into violation when I leave, I am throwing the god ###### company under the bus and blaming it entirely on them. I will put on there as an exception that I was told that I had to do this by management...let them get the bigger fine. Told him that working for Swift would be a step up. Since Daseke forced us in with E.W. Retard, this company's planners have been taking daily overdoses of stupid pills.(And it wasn't Rancho that did this, he was out yesterday when this got totally ####ed up...before they sent it to me this morning, so I am cutting him some slack....this time :))...I bet my BP is so high right now, I couldn't pass a physical. I told my DM that I will just have to PC since we're not allowed to park at this customer, he said there is a limit... that's when I told him I will go as far as it'll let me, then when it goes into violation it's on SPD.

Took over 4 hours to put 3 15' x 3' x 2.5' crates on my trailer. And I have lost some respect for my outgoing dispatcher. When I had a major #### fit about this whole screwed up load, I mentioned that it wouldn't take much more for me to just tell this customer to put it on someone elses trailer and I would take 1st pickup's freight back to the Rancho yard, put my crap in a you-store-it, toss the keys on Rancho's desk and hop on a jet out of Ontario to the house. Next call I get is from recruiting. Apparently he went and talked to her about losing one of his boards productive drivers. She called wanting to know why I was so pissed, and for the next 5 minutes I went thru the whole list of stuff that has gone down the crapper here, and how fast Daseke putting us with Wylie has totally screwed up what use to be a decent company, but is now becoming one of the most screwed up places I have ever worked for including the equipment issues and how much of a huge pain in the ### these new Samsara pieces of #### are. Apparently I am not the only one who has to reboot daily to get it to work right. In the end, she said she was sending out some emails about all of this which, in my opinion, will change nothing. When this whole problem load started, after some choice words about how this all went sideways, I put in for hometime. I have only been out 3 weeks, but I have already had my fill of ########. When he asked why so soon, I basically said that it only took 10 days for me to go from slacker to hard runner and now back to "why run hard only to be hand this ########". I have had enough. Why kill myself to only be pushed to run harder...if I go back and run at 75%, then the occasional push to run 100% isn't unreasonable, but if I am already at a 100%, they want more. Refrigerated freight was never like this...looks like I start narrowing down the list of perspective employers because I can't take much more of this here.

Just took a look at todays logs. It has me 13 min over my 14 on drive time...and as promised I noted that I was told to I had to stay and get loaded even though I informed them I would be out of hours if I did. It all came after I maxed out the company's PC mileage limit. If they bend me over on this I will explode... safety first my ###!!!!!

Take pictures of all messages & notes, they have a habit of getting "lost" when it comes to legal things.

Why not try some top tier gravy jobs like USPS TTO, old Dominion line haul, air products otr technician?

    SSB,
Why tolerate the abuse? You are heading for a heart attack or stroke. Relax, take a deep breath, evaluate your options and proceed to move on.

You have endured a whole lot of abuse and unprofessional dealings with this company and it's time to move on. They don't seem to appreciate good drivers and as soon as you move on they will just put another victim in your seat and nothing will change on their part.

Take your home time to check out your options. If they offer you a reasonable avenue to escape that nut house go for it and don't look back.

Clean your truck out at next hometime. when you quit go by a Fedex and ship the rest of your stuff home. Turn your truck in and get on a plane and go home.
