Just needy a little help, trying to get to Rockwell, tx and was gonna take belt line rd to tx66. I don't see any restrictions but wanted to ask people with experience. Don't want any road surprises. Thanks

Where are you coming from and did you mean Rockwall, Tx on I30?

Lol, yea I got here, it's a learning experience everytime though, didn't get turned around like I did yesterday though, I did try to bypass downtown and get on belt line, which wasn't very smart, should've just got on I635. I was just trying to conserve mileage and not get out of route. I did or will have to pay for the i44 turnpike as I didn't have cash only card, have me a form to turn in. I saw no way around i44 in Oklahoma as it cut off 30 miles, who ever said trucking is easy is stupid, but I think I'll love it once I get the hang of navigating through big cities

I'm assuming you came in from Missiouri? Get off the turnpike in Big Cabin and head down US69 to McAlester. Take the turnpike all the way down to Hugo and then hit US271 south. Take the loop around Paris on the west side to TX24 south. That will spit you out at the 101 mm on I-30 just east of Greenville. The difference in mileage is negligible and you will avoid that horrid US75 (Central Expressway) through McKinney, Allen, Plano, Richardson, and on down into Dallas. This is the best route if delivering in Mesquite, Garland, Rockwall, or south Dallas (Lancaster, Duncanville, Hutchins, or Desoto.)

I'm hoping you didn't run I-44 to OKC and then down I-35. A better alternative to that is I-44 to US69 south to Sherman then across US82 to Gainesville where you will take I-35 south to either 35e or 35w. This is the best route to Carrollton, Alliance, Haslet, or North Fort Worth. DFW is no fun but you can hustle or stall abit to avoid peak hours and make the ride 100% better if you know the exact route.

I take us69 s to us380 e in mckinney. Then once i reach farmersville i take tx78 s to tx205 right before you get to wylie and that goes to rockwall.

This is juat to avoid tolls and heavy dallas traffic. If it is 2am just take us75
