Not quite sure I understand your gripe about Motel 6 And Super 8, are you accustomed to staying at the Waldorf-Astoria?
Lonesome, kid_cardiac, bigjoel and 15 others Thank this. -
Yea not a good place to work even the tm's quit we went through five tms in less than a year
They would not pay our detention time they'd just say leave the batteries there and go. If we got a flat tire it was our fault and were wrote up for it. If you were one minute off onbthe peoplenet you would get wrote for either excessive hours or not completing A complete pre and post trip. Management blamed everything on the driver such as equipment problems, late for deliveries in the sierras which you know it snows a lot up there but they say you should have found another way. Like I said it just keeps on going. But ruan did save me from unemployment so as soon as I could I got back on with a top ltl company as a line driver -

i applied for them here in new castle de hauling batteries they said my dac was all screwd up and denied me when i asked what was wrong with it they stated i left a company at orientaion and the was why they denied me. when i explained i was lied to by that company and left when i found out the truth at orientetiom they stated they didntn need a driver who was gonna be a problem at orientation. goes to show if they were telling me the truth about the job there wouldnt be a problem i guess they had something to hide. but in theend it worked out great for me im with a local company home every night and PAID by the HOUR. thanks ruan

I used to help out delivering batteries for Ruan out of San Antonio when I worked for Knight. It was hard work but I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought about going to work for Ruan. Knight paid us a $1000 a week to do that so I figured the Ruan drivers cleaned house.
Glad I didn't though, ended up telling Knight to stuff it and found a company that suits me just fine. With the size of Ruan, I am not surprised in the least they wouldn't have worked out for me in the long run...it sounds like. -
G.Anthony Thanks this.
