    I have a friend with this company now and he is wanting to quit but needs to know if he can drop his truck and trailer at a dealership instead of the terminal and if he does that will it be put on his dac as abandonment?

    If he doesn't take the truck back to the Memphis yard they will put an abandonment on his dac. That is the only yard that you can bring the truck back. I know a guy that has dropped off their truck at the Birmingham terminal and was still charged with abandonment. They want the trucks back in Memphis. Trust me they will hit his dac report just because he is quitting.

    You are at their Mercy-Nothing is gauranteed weekly or annualy for your salary.....

    Unless you are a salaried Driver -Or are Payed an Hourly Wage.....You are at your Dispatchers mercy..Like it or not.

    Heavy turnover amongst these large Irregular route Carriers is common practice because of fluxuating Wages...(amongst many other things)


    if You guys that are Newer to the Industry,and want to Stay in this Industry with a Solid financial stable Future.........

    Work hourly with a Solid Carrier (Union or Non-union)

    Or Start your own business and YOU dictate what kind of earnings you will make
