    Hi my names seth and im thinking about joining schneider's team just looking for some general info on the company from the inside thinking about there chambersburg Pa dedicated intermodal let me know thanks

    Right after you're assign a truck. It's .37 plus .05 safety bonus. Basically don't crash or roll n you get your bonus

    No, van tops out at like 41, bulk I've heard of drivers getting 48. Intermodal and dedicated I don't know
