I done a lease purchase through my work took a loan at my bank to pay it off at work. Sine paying it off at my work. I have had problem after problem. Like I had to put a head on it then 3 weeks out of the shop the rear end went when it locked up it somehow destroyed the clutch but didn't hurt the transmission. Just had the egr cooler replaced. Now it needs work in the lower motor was quoted 11,800 to fix it. I owe my work from help on these repairs and they won't help on the new repair I have spent everything I have on trying to keep a float. My work wants me to lease another truck. I don't know what to do. Has anyone else quit while owing? What repercussion have you faced in quitting. At this point I feel bankruptcy is my best option.

you might want to give that a serious read before moving forward(or backward) -
I owe the bank 18000 on it and it runs just needs lower engine work

How much do you owe your company? What truck is it? Selling it and going company driver seems reasonable at the time to get some money stored and pay back debt.
NavigatorWife Thanks this. -
I wouldn't file bankruptcy over $18,000. If they're willing to let you swap trucks, go for it. You're not gonna make enough money as a company driver to pay this and your other bills.

I owe them around 8000 and the truck is a 07 freightliner columbia. We don't have any company drivers and the only trucks they have for lease are 2013 prostar with 195 payments of 475 so 92k for a truck that's worth 35k. The bankruptcy would be for more than 18k it will include the vehicle I already lost and the other one I will end up losing.
