I just read on a different thread that some guy has a Peterbilt 389 thru Quality Leasing. That's the first I've heard of them leasing a sweet Pete. Trying to find out more information.

Just to be clear, you booked the load at $2.74 x .7 to arrive at $1.92 to you or you booked it at $1.92 x .7 to arrive at $1.34 to you?

It would of been $1350.00 paid to the load on 700 miles.. So here is how they do the math..

    700 x FSC (.20) = 140.00
    That leaves $1210.00
Bruenger gets 30% so $363.00 and that leaves $847.00 ish to the truck.. Or about $1.21 a mile + $140.00 FSC so actually about $1.41 a mile to me..

Remember that I need to make .80 cents to the truck and a min of .56 cents a mile to myself so any thing over $1.36 is a profit for my operations..

Very importian to remember if you come to Bruengert that FSC should always be removed prior to calculating there 30%... Also if you are owed mulitaple stop pay that also needs to be removed so you get a true 70%...

Hope this helps in the brake down of the math..

I like the way they break it down. Over here I were to negotiate $1350 x .92 and that's it. I applied to the Truckload Plus side last week but haven't heard back from the recruiter. Will call Monday, but now I think I will also ask about Bruenger as well. They're killing me on the terminal to terminal stuff with all the down time.

I had so much fun today at Bruenger.. It has been awhile since I was last there.. I ran into a few buddy's and also went and had breakfast with one.. We really have a good set of drivers that care for one another.. I think you would fit in!!
