    So when is CA will no longer allow non DPF/EGR trucks?
    Im sure they realize how it will hurt economy but eventually they will put a stop to non-smog compliant trucks in Cali.

    It would be like trying to send all the illegals back to Mexico or where ever they came from.
    Don't have the manpower or resources for a job of that scale, that's why they go after the low hanging fruit-like paying a visit to these trucking companies, looking at what trucks they have and fine them accordingly!

    Well they probably can just start pulling trucks into scales and fining them.

    January 1, 2014. or was it 2015. or, one could say 2016 for actual enforcement. As the new scale just built is set up for smoke check.

    And it's not just CA. NY & NJ ports are banning old trucks starting January 1, 2017.

    It's just a matter of time before they get kicked off the road everywhere. Course, they'll probably all be dead by that time.
