Seems like there are more truck fires now. Word on the street, hot cookers are to blame, especially afer wrecks.

Anything producing or deling with that kind of heat is bound to be a fire risk.

On the positive side (and far less morbid) epic weenie roast! Who brought the chocolate and graham crackers?
I did some reading on the dpf filters a bit back for another thread. The fires are commonly caused, so they were originally just meltdowns, buy the cheaper kind of DPF filter. Cheaper kind has a much much lower melting point that the more expensive kind. Obviously, if it's hot enough to melt then it's hot enough to start a fire.NavigatorWife and HeWhoMustNotBeNamed Thank this. -

i think we here about every thing today in this dash cam internet world. I dont believe there are more truck fires
