i was broke down today for 5 hours. It never ceases to amaze me how many cars and big trucks never move over, even when the next lane is clear. I move over even if it means that I have to slow down to get behind the vehicle next to me. It is really dangerous when people are trying to work and vehicles are driving 70 mph right past you with no attempt to even slow down. What are they teaching in truck driver school?
Do you move over?

As my trainer told me "You'd want them to do it for you." The way I think, what if your right steer blows out right before you pass? Or, what if a tire blows and the tread flies and seriously injures or kills someone?

In all seriousness, I try to do my best to give them a little extra room. Especially in National Parks. Some of them tourists are just plain stupid. Walk right out in front of you because they're fixated on some animal on the other side of the road. -
Did you have your triangles out?
If so, I'll move over unless there's too much traffic and , you know.
But I rarely ever move over for the lazy folks that just like to park on the shoulder.Dominick253, kwog, 88 Alpha and 2 others Thank this. -

Get your reflector vest, pair of jeans and boots and leave it under the trailer , maybe stick the boots over the white line. Maybe they would get the hint

I always move over.
In two lane situations, I slow down, turn on my hazard lights and move over as much as I safely can.MooneyBravo and blairandgretchen Thank this.
