    100% driver unload a full trailer. When I mean full I mean the boxes are pack up to the door, all the way to the ceiling. No pallets so hand by hand. One by one. Multi stops so a few a day.

    If you really want to do this and be successful don't start for another 2 months. That way you can get in shape in the cooler months and when the spring/summer heat comes back around you will already be in shape for it. This is a young man's job though, It WILL wear you out and I don't recommend it.

    You thinking about Werner?With Dollar accounts you unload at the stores and many are small .You'll be doing a lot of backing from the street to get into the parking lot.So if you plan on Family Dollar or Dollar General make sure your backing is up to speed.

    Thanks fellas. I'm running with prime refrigerated regional northeast out of Pennsylvania. My shoulders won't be able to handle all of that lifting boxes, although they're not big or heavy I'm just not beat for it
