So the moral of the story...

Six videos - Hey, great job!
Two videos - Hey great job, but you need to stop doing this one thing here.

No change in my concern about job security.

You know it would be a good thing for safety. Meaning at truck stops at night. If there was a marker or sign on the outside of the trucks saying video recordings onboard it might deter any thing from happening to a driver or the cargo.

There is a sticker on window to notify police, customs, dot, etc.

Kinda hard to notice unless you are looking for it tho...

The cameras will face both ways, they're just not in all of the trucks yet. Owner op ( includes lease ops) division is exempt from having cameras.

Guess they want to make sure you don't crap into a bucket if you can't be bothered to get out and walk.

Your allowed to cover it when off duty.

Although... Outside of being caught in a blizzard after a Mexican dinner.. I can't think of a good reason to crap in your truck. That is pretty twisted.

You can cover the camera but the sound is recording 24/7 for some reason. Oh yeah it is to help the drivers.
