Since the thread on double right turn lanes is so awesome, I thought one on two-lane roundabouts might be equally so! These are popping up everywhere in my neck of the woods, and I think they work really well most places but they have one problem: they are too small for trucks to go through in just one lane.
So how do you drivers do it? I have a technique that is both safe yet ninja-like. But I will wait to share. I'm really just interested in another epic battle between @scottied67 and @Moosetek13.

I just take all the room that I need. That usually means starting out in the middle.redoctober83, WildTiger1990, TGUNKEL and 3 others Thank this. -
I use both lanes and if the inner curb is ramped I let my tandems off track.
Hey I'm big and lumbering so I don't sweat hogging the road.Toomanybikes and Bob Dobalina Thank this. -
Straight through the middle like it was a regular intersection - take out the garden bed, local hero statue - whatever, own the thing - Swift style.

My answer is simple, try to avoid them if you can. My garmin sometimes would route me around one of these things. I also believe these roundabouts is why some towns prohibit trucks.
