    Had a delivery yesterday and the normal dispatch button decided not to work. Punched in the location numbers and it gave me an address. Problem was it was wrong and then Jill refused to complete the route as it required driving over a dirt road. Now thankfully I have been there before and recognized it beforehand. The warehouse is new and the road leading to it is pretty new, maybe six months, anyway is there a way to tell Schneider or someone else about the error. Hate for some newcomer to get stuck in a dead end dirt road

    yes, right next to the home button on the lower left is a location flag button. marks the general spot. Make a mental note of the situation. construction , new, etc.

    later when you have the time on the home screen , next to the dispatch button is a feedback button. follow the prompts and input the info. you may or may not receive a message back sayoing thanks, etc. depending on the circumstances , it may get changed imediately , or wait til the next update.

    couple days ago she sent me directly to the "no trucks entrance" entrance!
    had use a bunch of tiny roads (by my own figuring out) to get around to the other side of the building.
    fun times

    first two companies I worked for had text step by step customer directions sent along with every load.
    why can't we have that? I mean really

    We used to before workflow. For some reason they couldnt get the driver submitted final directions to transfer. You requested those via macro.

    I just want jill to stop making 150 mile trips into 300 mile trips.
    Last week it wanted me to take 422 from Massillon Ohio to get to carlisle rather than 76

    I hated when I'm trying to scroll thru the direction list, it will bounce to the last 3 directions, then I try to scroll up, it bounce to the top. I could never get the directions list in the middle.
